1. Data Collection and Use

CloX is designed as a safe, peaceful night clock and deeply respects your privacy. The core functionality runs entirely locally on your device.

• No Personal Data: We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal data or device information to our servers.
• No Tracking: The app contains no hidden analytics or ad trackers.

2. Weather Feature and Location (Pro)

If you use the Pro version and enable the weather display:

• CloX does not request GPS or location permissions from the Android system itself.
• When you pass coordinates to CloX (e.g., via external automation apps like Tasker), this data is sent exclusively and directly to the Open-Meteo API and OpenStreetMap API to retrieve current weather data. We do not have access to this data and do not store it.

3. In-App Purchases (Pro version)

Payment for the Pro version is handled securely and entirely by Google Play Billing. We have no access to your payment details, name, or address.

4. Explanation of Permissions

To function correctly as a screensaver, CloX requires the following system permissions:

• Draw over other apps / Full screen: Needed to turn on the screen at night and display the clock neatly over your lock screen.
• Internet (Network Access): Used exclusively for fetching weather forecasts and verifying Google Play purchases.
